Hashtil Nursery, as an agricultural farm that was grown on land work, recognizes the importance of preserving nature and the environment, and applies these principals in all various branches of production and growth. implementing various measures such as: waste separation, recycling non-biodegradable materials, and the production of organic plants without chemicals.

Disposed greenhouse cover sheets are delivered for reuse in the plastics industry to help reduce non-biodegradable plastic residue, while preventing unwanted producing of new material.

Cardboard packages used by the nursery on various departments, are collected into one of the recycling containers located over the nursery. These containers are emptied by the recycling corporations for reuse in the paper industry.

Peat residue from the seeding department is collected in a separate container and shipped to compost producing companies.

The rest of the waste is evacuated to the Dudaim waste disposal site for a regulated caching in order to maintain a clean environment.
